The Undocumented Student Working Group is comprised of faculty, staff, administrators, and students dedicated to supporting the personal and professional development of undocumented students and creating institutional change. To learn about the Undocumented Student Working Group, check out our About page.

Trainings

We facilitate multiple professional development trainings every quarter aimed at creating campus and community allies for undocumented students. You can register for our trainings here.

Individuals who complete the 3 part training series are awarded a certificate and Ally Logo sticker. When you complete the series, we’ll ask you if you’d like to be part of our visible network of allies who are committed to educational justice for undocumented students by posting your name on our Ally List.

Hiring Information

Students with DACA can work on campus, but there are critical restrictions that must be followed to avoid liability for both the hiring party and the student. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has a two-page DACA guide for employers with more in-depth information. Please also see updates related to DACA that are posted on the Student Resources page.
